Boutique in Passeig de Gràcia 98, located in one of the most important avingudes of Barcelona, also famous for its works of modernist architecture that have been declared a World Heritage Site; it spreads over two floors of the building; the modern design, the refined use of fine materials and the fluidity of the forms can be observed through a continuous osmosis between the interior and exterior.
Total Service Engineeringwas responsible for the assistance to the Works Management and continuous technical support during the executive phase through the development of construction details both in the civil and plant engineering fields in compliance with the local regulations in force. The works of the boutique on the ground and first floors were supervised and followed, the study and development of the details of the staircase connecting the first floor of the boutique were taken care of, and the ‘invisible’ technological plant systems were integrated, overcoming and fulfilling the client’s requests.
While assisting the Works Management, TSE paid attention and followed the execution of the works.
