Flagship Store at Via dei Condotti 59, the largest boutique in Europe, located in Rome in the 19th century Palazzo Della Porta Negroni Caffarelli in the heart of the eternal city, a few steps from Trinità dei Monti, Trevi and Villa Borghese. The boutique is spread over two floors of the building, while the basement is used for storage.
The historicity and frescoes of the palace are moulded with the modern contemporaneity of Bottega Veneta design, distinguished by the use of precious marble, experimentation with precious materials and accessories, plays of light and magnetic reflections that enhance the details and the Maison’s fashion collection.

Total Service Engineering worked on the assistance and incessant technical support during the executive phase through the analysis, development and meticulous definition of the construction details in both the civil and plant engineering spheres in compliance with the regulations in force. The works of the boutique on the ground and first floors were supervised and followed, and the study and development of the master staircase as a link between the ground and first floors and the lift connecting with the basement for storage use; integrated ‘invisible’ technological plant systems overcoming and satisfying the client’s requirements such as zero visual impact.
During the assistance to the Works Management, which was carried out in two macro phases, the studio paid and took care of all the attention to the construction details and the correct execution of the finished works, with a particular eye to the management of interference with part of the boutique simultaneously open to the public.
