In the historic Parisian square, surrounded by elegant buildings that house banks, jewelers and luxury hotels, the Paris headquarters of the Maison Valentino is located on three levels.

Total Service Engineering has been involved in the design and refurbishment of Valentino Haute Couture Showroom plans, through the renewal of the large halls and rooms dedicated to showroom activities.

The office in the first phase carried out a careful survey and drafted a Due Diligence in order to analyze each technical aspect in compliance with the regulations. In the planning phase, architectural and plant design interventions have been integrated, above all preserving the harmonious and historical aspect that distinguishes the important building.

In the executive phase, keeping the showroom operative on the first floor, TSE followed the works that involved the second and third floors through the rooms renovation into offices and showrooms.

The office also worked on the Works Management and guaranteed assistance to the Client throughout the design process, at the public administrations and the public relations with the ownership of the building.

Total Service Engineering managed the design and renovation of the expansion of the Valentino Showroom, occupying the spaces of the former MCS Marlboro Classic, inside the court of Parisian Place Vendôme building.

The rooms, object of the building renovation, are developed on three floors above ground and in the basement below through the construction of new offices, refreshment areas, catering area with attached professional kitchen, giving the added value of the Maison Valentino.

TSE carried out the technical architectural and plant engineering aspects in detail, and has also followed the entire work management process.
