TSE was in charge of the architectural, plant engineering and structural design of a new flagship store in the centre of Florence, developed on two floors for a total of about 350 sq m.

The building site took place during the Coronavirus emergency. TSE guaranteed the execution of the work in accordance with ministerial provisions; in addition, the firm designed a new non-invasive and high-performance environmental sanitation system, which was installed to guarantee staff and customers safety while using the spaces. As a result, the Guess shop in Via Speziali is the first shop with 24/7 continuous sanitisation devices.

Total Service Engineering managed and managed the local workers, technicians and site schedules throughout the entire duration of the site.

The team also worked on the executive design of the vertical connection elements, such as the staircase and the glass parapet; the design phase was a real challenge: a historical shop in the city centre that had to be given special attention, both architecturally and in terms of installations, due to the limited space. The Tse team sustained and supported the workers in all phases of the work, ensuring that the new shop would become, as requested by the client, the reference point for the Guess brand in Italy.
